Delivery

  • Delivery destinations, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
  • You will receive an order confirmation by email, followed by shipping details when your order is dispatched.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason. For hygiene reasons, sealed beauty products can only be returned if the seal has not been broken after delivery.

How to return

  • Contact us at hello@nydbeauty.com with your order number.
  • Send the product back within 14 days of notifying us, in its original condition.
  • We will refund the payment (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the return.
